Hotel Sedona

This rebrand of an existing Sedona hotel utilizes the height and views of a structure that would have been unachievable due to changes in the zoning code. The project involves the interior of the five-story building, down to the partition walls, with a complete redesign of the guest rooms, back of house, and lobby. Exterior changes include a relocation of the pool area to take advantage of the "beachfront views", a complete overhaul of the arrival with the reconfiguration of the porte cochere to become more welcoming and to be utilized as an exterior amenity deck for the new meeting room, and the addition of a rooftop observation space. The redevelopment also added a new ground-up restaurant with signature views, a day spa, and 26 new keys in the form of environmentally sound prefab casitas.

The project passed a major benchmark by being approved by the Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission.
