This exclusive residential resort is located within a deep red canyon in Southern Utah and consists of 64 casita-based rooms, along with an additional 100 residential units, all offering unobstructed views of the surrounding rock structures.

Key features of the project include an indoor pool, a quiet pool with bar service designed to accommodate Utah's unique liquor restrictions, a destination restaurant, and meeting space with discrete below-grade parking.

The project also features an unique resort within a resort with 14 specialty keys located within the dedicated spa grounds, featuring an exclusive clubhouse. This facility is designed to host educational symposiums on health and wellness and features specialty curated menus coordinated with the spa program.

The extensive spa experience includes a post and pre-treatment circuit featuring a freestanding salt room, fitness space, retail, single and couples treatment rooms, culminating at a signature exterior couples treatment space designed with a ceremonial arrival sequence, cold and hot plunges, and private exercise space, all designed around the principles of Feng Shui.
