This project is a rebranding of a small existing residential club into a 177-key hilltop resort on 17 acres that overlooks the Adero Canyon adjacent to the McDowell Mountain Regional Park. The project emphasized dramatic valley views while supporting the programmatic challenges of an operational hotel.
Designed as phase 1 of a 3-phase development, the design successfully balances the hotel’s massing within very challenging site and budgetary constraints.
Services provided included master planning, zoning coordination, conceptual and schematic design, as well as construction administration.
