This project was designed for Shea Homes’ Trilogy active lifestyle community in North Scottsdale. The building was developed to act as the community center for a 300-home development with spectacular views of the McDowell Mountains.
At 30,000sf, the project includes a fitness facility, restaurant and lounge, golf club facilities, saloon, and event space. The project was organized around a courtyard designed to protect guests from the winter breezes, but opens up to the views with extensive shaded patios to the north during the warmer months.
Services included master planning, full architectural design, and entitlements.
